The City Government of Batac officially opened the two-day SangkaBATACan Expo today, June 23, as part of the 19th Charter Day Celebration.
The expo highlights Batac’s local products, crafts, food, and culture through product exhibits, traditional food preparation demonstrations, the Kulinarya Challenge, and the Kape Kultura Fusion. Visitors also had the opportunity to experience firsthand the traditional preparation of Batac delicacies such as dudol, lubi-lubi, palitaw, miki, and empanada.
Governor Cecilia Araneta Marcos joined the activity and expressed her appreciation to the exhibitors, artisans, and participants for showcasing the best that Batac has to offer.
The SangkaBATACan Expo continues until June 24.
