The City Government of Batac marked another milestone in its commitment to inclusive services with the blessing of the new Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center (STAC) building on May 22.
Mayor Markee R. Chua together with city officials and stakeholders who support programs for children with disabilities graced the ceremony.
Serving as a center for rehabilitation and development, the STAC provides free services to children with disabilities, helping them build essential skills for independent living and social integration through physical, educational, and social interventions.
