While Memorandum Circular No. 116, s. 2026 from the Office of the President authorizes a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement for government agencies on this date, the City Government has opted to maintain in-person operations during the morning session to ensure that essential services remain accessible to our constituents and visitors during the Holy Week rush.
